I've always admired designers that have created a unique look that is specific to them, and only them. Betsey Johnson is certainly one of those designers. Her clothing, accessories and shoes represent her personality and style so well, to the point where people can look at a collection and know it's by her. From the bright patterns to the statement making embellishments, she might be one the most lively designers in fashion history. She's even known to do a cartwheel at the end of every on of her runway shows. What's even more amazing is that she's a survivor of breast cancer, and has managed to turn her experiences into positive, vibrant designs.
